$2.9bn refinery for Kurds

Make Oil, a Lebanese company, is planning on developing a $2.9bn oil refinery in the Kurdish region of Iraq, according to agency reports. The plant will take about two years to build and will produce around 250,000 bpd of crude oil. Kurdistan is currently trying to develop its energy industry.
