July is Etihad's busiest month in the Kingdom and the schedule increases reflect the peak in the region's travel season.
Hamza Sharif, Etihad's Country Manager for KSA, said:
"The significant capacity increases we are introducing this week, and later in the year, underline our lasting commitment to the development of business in the UAE and the Kingdom."
The Abu Dhabi-Riyadh service will double to eight flights weekly with the start of the winter timetable from 29 October and the Abu Dhabi-Dammam service will increase to nine flights weekly on the same date.
Etihad has also amended its Jeddah schedule from July, with flights now operating every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, with EY 725 departing Abu Dhabi at 13:00, arriving in Jeddah at 14:45. The return flight, EY 726, departs Jeddah at 16:00 and arrives in Abu Dhabi at 19:45 in the evening.
