New Senior Sales Manager joins the Sheraton Dubai Creek family

She started her career in the hospitality industry at the Front Desk, worked her way through travel industry and finally settling for the Sales and Marketing portfolio in luxurious and international hotels like The Sentosa Resort & Spa - A Beaufort Hotel and Swissotel The Stamford in Singapore.

Graduated with a Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Western Sydney in Singapore, Jeanne speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. Jeanne also has a Diploma in Hotel Catering and Management as well as a Certification for Advanced Japanese Studies.

The last 5 years of Jeanne's career has been a successful run - where she climbed the rungs of the corporate ladder, involving herself in all aspects of management and market segment to attain her position as a Senior Sales Manager. In the span of her career in Asia, her main responsibilities included establishing new accounts through strong networking, coordinating diplomatic/private sector visits between Japan and Singapore, creating and expanding the corporate and leisure markets as well as the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions) segments.

Persistent by nature, Jeanne attributes her success to diligent hard work and fabulous networking. She now looks forward to knocking on as many doors as possible in the UAE in a bid to adapt to the local and International market structure soonest possible.

With Jeanne's appointment, she hopes to increase the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers' client base rate significantly.
