Running from mid August through September this year and stopping in 6 key cities across this dynamic region (Amman, Cairo, Kuwait city, Riyadh, Muscat and Dubai), the Roadshow features keynote addresses from IDC analysts and presentations from its event partners. Furthermore, IDC has invited representatives from a select few end-users, who will highlight (and present) case studies on unique infrastructure deployments within their organization.

"No one wants to invest in technology that will become a cost burden in the future and no one wants a technology or cost advantage to pass to their competitors,"

says Jyoti Lalchandani, Vice President and Regional MD, IDC MEA. "IT professionals know they need to make the best possible decisions today to ensure that their organization effectively leverages IT at the lowest possible cost well into the future".

IDC's IT Infrastructure Roadshow 2006 has been specifically designed to inform and update senior IT professionals on the latest trends and deployment of infrastructure technologies. The conference will provide a 360-degree view of IT infrastructure, instead of simply focusing on isolated server or storage hardware products.

The "vision" is the future and this is what IDC will focus on during the conference. However, as an IT professional you are tackling issues today, so the conference will also provide you with information to help guide your present day decisions in order for you to succeed tomorrow.

In this respect, the IT Infrastructure Roadshow is ideally suited to CEO, CFO, CTO, CIO, IT Directors, IT Managers, MD, Board Members, Business Development & Strategy Managers, Finance & Accounting Managers from key industries, including:

· Business Services
