British Airways provides extra flights from Damascus to London for Beirut customers

British Airways franchise partner, BMED, has said that services between Beirut and London will, until further notice, operate to and from Damascus because of the closure of Rafic Hariri International Airport.
Customers due to travel from Beirut up to and including Monday July 17, can take advantage of these additional flights.

The alternative departure destination is offered at no additional cost but is subject to availability. Visas for Syria and ground arrangements to Damascus remain the passenger's responsibility.
