SCLG initiates Singapore business ties

Supply Chain & Logistics Group (SCLG), the region's first independent supply chain and logistics organisation, recently initiated business ties with Singapore during a meeting held with Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board (SPRING), a Singapore government enterprise development agency.

The meeting was held under the patronage of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), represented by Atiq Juma Faraj Nassib, Commercial Services Director, to extend the chamber's support to the SCLG's continuous initiatives for supply chain and logistics professionals.

Commenting on the meeting, Mike Lee, SCLG President said: "We are very pleased to extend SCLG's operations to a global level. With the full support from DCCI we look forward to strengthening our relationship with Singapore's supply chain and logistics operations for positive future collaborations."

"On behalf of DCCI, I would like to congratulate SCLG on hosting a constructive meeting with the Singapore delegation that further demonstrates their leadership position in the region and expertise in this field," said Atiq Juma Faraj Nassib, DCCI Commercial Services Director.

"Dubai and Singapore enjoy prominent positions as regional logistics hubs for both the Middle East and South East Asia. With this in mind, we are committed to cooperation between SCLG and SPRING and look forward together to raising the bar in the industry," Lee added.
