Standard & Poor's Credit & Risk Training is very pleased to be offering a 4-day course in September, looking at Corporate Credit Risk Analysis.

"After having run a few seminars for the insurance sector, all of which were very well received, I am very excited about expanding our offering to the region" commented Robin Burnett, Director of Credit & Risk Training at Standard & Poor's in London, "our style is very interactive and we are aiming to include case studies and examples directly applicable to the audience." The aim of the course is to provide a thorough grounding in fundamental credit risk analysis, as well as exposure to Standard & Poor's leading methodologies. The course also offers access to S&P's analysts and industry specialists.

"We work very hard at maintaining a dialogue with participants in our markets, with the Middle East offering us some particularly exciting opportunities at present" said Chris Legge, Managing Director and Regional Practice Leader for Corporate Ratings at Standard & Poor's in London, "part of this is supporting Robin in what he does too."

The course will run from September 10-13 in Dubai and is expected to draw participants from across the region from a range of roles including banking personnel, fixed income investors as well as industrial corporate issuers.
