- PRESS RELEASE
Axiom Telecom, the Middle East's largest mobile retailer and distributor, takes its product and service portfolio internationally by opening an outlet opposite Harrods department store in Knightsbridge, London.
Faisal Al Bannai, founder and ceo of Axiom Telecom said: "Two in every three mobile phones in the UAE carry the Axiom warranty. Therefore, a majority of UAE travelers to the UK will benefit from our service technicians and warranty policy."
Products and services include the latest range of mobile phones, expert advice from staff, on-site technicians for mobile repairs, availability of Al Wasl, Mobily and UK airtime.
From its base in the UAE, Axiom has swiftly achieved phenomenal growth across the region by establishing 463 retail outlets and points of presence since its inception in 1997.
Al Bannai continued: "With an established track record of success in the regional wireless retail industry, we feel ready to break borders and gear up into international markets with high potential.
The opening of the London outlet is announced only weeks after a research conducted by ETHOS and 7Days in the United Arab Emirates hailed Axiom Telecom has the best in 'Customer Service' and in providing an 'Overall Customer Experience' among mobile phone retailers. The study was done among 210 mobile phone retail outlets across the country.
