DCCI receives Ambassador of Ghana

The meeting was attended by Atiq Juma Nasib, Director of Business Developing Department, Sultan Majed Lootah, Acting Director of Business Promotion Department and Waleed Hareb, CEO of Dubai Consultancy, the technical organizer of the UAE trade Exhibition in Ghana.

The Meeting discussed the positive feedback on the UAE Trade Exhibition in Ghana which was held in Ghana last April.

The ambassador appreciated the DCCI initiative in organizing the exhibition in Ghana, which marked a tremendous success and saw the signing of big contracts such as the 1.3 billion US Dollar contract for the railway project in Ghana.

Al Mutaiwee said the positive feedback would encourage us to seek the opportunities particularly in Ghana and West Africa in general. The railway project will encourage more companies to access Ghana's market due to the importance of the project for the infrastructure and the transportation sector.

Al-Mutaiwee thanked the governmental authorities, establishments, and ministries in Ghana for their efforts in supporting the success of the exhibition. He also thanked Dubai Consultancy for the well organized event.
