Ascott, Dubai serviced residence

The Ascott Group says it has opened its first Middle East serviced residence, Somerset Jadaf Dubai. The 84-apartment complex is owned by the Dubai-based Wafi Group. The Ascott Group plans to have around 15 properties in GCC countries by 2010.
