DIC bids for UK's Travelodge

Dubai International Capital has made a bid for Travelodge Hotels, the UK's second-largest budget hotel company, according to Bloomberg. Other companies that are trying to acquire Travelodge include UK-based private equity firms Cinven and BC Partners.
