Trident holds first of its kind 'thanksgiving ceremony' to honour onsite workmen of 'The Waterfront' - initiative spearheaded by dedicated CSR wing

Each of the workmen was presented with a token of appreciation at a special gathering held at the project site at Dubai Marina.

Among others, this event was attended by Trident's management and key alliance partners responsible for The Waterfront. Mr. Wazir Ali Daredia, Executive Director & CEO - TIH personally met with each of the workmen and thanked them for their efforts and contribution in making the project a success. Trident has consolidated its community service activity to a dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Wing set up to channelize efforts towards social causes. This first of its kind initiative was spearheaded by this dedicated CSR wing.

Speaking at the thanksgiving ceremony, Mr. Wazir Ali Daredia lauded the dedication and commitment of the workforce and said, "While architects and designers give shape to a project, all plans ultimately rest in the hands of the on-ground workmen who tirelessly work towards an inch by inch completion of that very dream of a developer. They are the real hero's behind the scenes and it's about time that they get acknowledged for their significant contributions."

Commenting on the CSR wing Mr. Daredia said, "CSR on an international platform has sparked a global shift allowing companies with an avenue to open up to more meaningful roles. Even though CSR is still in its nascent stages, I believe this region is slowly awakening to this need of the day and will soon set international standards and practices. At Trident, CSR is an integral part of our business practice, policies and corporate strategy.

'We are very much conscious about this fact and spend much time in considering and thoroughly researching the activities undertaken. CSR activities need to constantly develop in pace with society. The thanksgiving ceremony was one such endeavor in this regard, honoring the actual heroes who left their home to give you your home."

TIH has long since been a strong supporter of various charitable organizations and causes and at all times has believed in achieving organizational goals through ethical and environmentally friendly means.

Reiterating Trident's commitment to the society, Mr. Wazir Daredia said, "We are identifying real need areas where a helping hand is needed the most and are committed to being a successful and responsible corporate citizen. Trident's signature project, The Waterfront was recently delivered, opening doors to a select few and bringing to life first time premium residential concepts of Sky Villas and Smart Homes in the Middle East. Through this project Trident has strongly exemplified its commitment as a quality developer of niche propositions by ensuring promised deliverables, with delivered commitments over and above those promised to its investors.

As of date, Trident International Holdings have launched four luxury freehold residential projects all located at the Dubai Marina. The Waterfront is a boutique 20-story tower that has just been delivered. The second project is the twin tower Marinascape comprising of two grand residential towers, the 35 storey 'Oceanic' and the 25 storey 'Avant' towers, cumulatively comprising of over 200 waterfront condominiums along with Marina Homes.

Bayside Residence is the third project that shoots up 22 floors, while Trident Grand Residence is the latest 45 story project comprising of 253 magnificent condominiums & luxury penthouses. Construction work on all the three projects is underway and the same are expected to be completed on schedule.
