Dubai Media Inc. to air live-charity telethon in support of Lebanon

Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) announced today its upcoming first-ever live, fund-raising telethon as part of its ongoing effort in support of Lebanon.
The one-day campaign has been organised in cooperation with Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Foundation and the UAE Red Crescent.
Hussein Lootah, CEO, Dubai Media Incorporated, said, "The humanitarian campaign aims at supporting our brothers and sisters in Lebanon. We loved Lebanon when it was living in peace and we will support them in this period of crisis."
Lootah noted that all DMI employees have volunteered their support to the campaign.
A number of social, business, art, and sports spokespersons will participate in the telethon to be conducted at a dedicated call center set up specifically for the day.
DMI's unique initiative is part of its corporate social responsibility to the community and the region.
