- PRESS RELEASE
Over thirty Bahraini students from across universities in the Kingdom are gaining practical experience in the field of banking, as part of BBK's annual summer training program.
BBK's annual training program, which started six years ago, is part of the Bank's strategy to enable talent development and serve the local community. Over 100 Bahraini students from public and private universities have benefited from the program since its inception, by being able to link theory learned at university to practical applications in the working environment.
A.Hussain Bustani BBK HR Assistant General Manager, said "We have selected this year's group of trainees from a pool of applicants and have ensured that the training program incorporates those skills and tools which are required to succeed in an increasingly sophisticated banking world.
"BBK's summer training program continues to enjoy tremendous success, and we are confident that, following the completion of their two months, our trainees will each have acquired valuable practical experience that will better qualify them for the labor market and assist them in planning their future careers."
