SMT Direct selects Altitude Software for contact centre solution

SMT Direct Marketing Inc., and its parent company, InfoSpan Pakistan, a leading provider of multi-media contact centre outsourcing services, has selected Altitude uCI (Unified Customer Interaction) software for its customer relationship management solution.
