All eyes on "PR Professional of the Year Award" as Dubai gears up for "Public Relations Congress 2006"

The award, which seeks to provide a platform for PR professionals to come together and celebrate their achievements in creating, developing and managing effective PR strategies, has drawn tremendous response from among the PR community in the region. The award will showcase the best PR talent in the Middle East and will honour a PR professional for his/her outstanding contribution to the growth of the regional PR industry. The winner will be announced at a gala dinner on September 17, 2006, at the Park Hyatt Hotel, following the opening day of the PR Congress.

Entries for the "PR Professional of the Year Award" are invited through online registration forms that can be accessed online and must be based upon specific projects or programmes that have taken place between the time frame of March 2005 to March 2006. The deadline for the entries is July 31, 2006, with the shortlist to be drawn up in early September.

The Public Relations Congress 2006 will be held from September 17 to 20, 2006 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai. The event is the premier annual conference for the Middle East's PR industry, bringing together leading regional and international PR experts and professionals to deliberate on the latest thinking and best practice in Public Relations.
