Lamcy Plaza gears up for 'Nature Surprises Week'

This week's events are organized by the Dubai Police and will be held from 27th July to 2nd of August 2006.

The themed-surprise will feature activities, competitions and games that are fun and informative as well as will educate one and all about the importance and role of nature in day to day living. Through these activities children will learn about birds, underwater life, butterflies and insects.

One of the activities organized during the Nature Surprises Week is the 'I Love Nature' activity. This show will be held from 6 pm to 10 pm starting 27th July 2006. Puzzles, quizzes and informative competitions will comprise the 'I Love Nature' activity. Many other games such as 'Hitting the harmful insect' and 'Birds Names and Sounds' have also been organized for children.

In addition, a 'Tempo Juggling Act' will be held on the 27th of July from 5 to 10 pm. This act will feature experts who will capture the audience's attention by their spellbinding performance.

During the week, there are a number of other shows lined up for children, which include a Puppet Show from 5pm to 10pm, a Magic Show from 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm on 28th July. The activity list also includes a Moving Balloons Show from 5pm to 10 pm starting Monday, the 31st of July. A 'Ronald McDonald Show' will be held from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on 27th July.

Lamcy Plaza will also host activities such as henna painting, caricature booth, tattoo booth, nail bar booth, face painting, Play Station games and character shows where kids can have fun with Teddy Bear, Parrot, Robot, and Space Man during the Nature Surprises Week.
