Smart City talks get green light

Talks between Indian officials and Dubai Internet City on the proposed $317m Smart City project in India are set to go ahead after being cleared by Kerala's chief minister, according to a report carried by Gulf News. Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan had until now maintained a strong objection to the project, which had been negotiated by the previous Chandy government.
