Ray-Ban's autumn-winter 2006/07 sun collection delivers style statements for the season

The collection comprised stunning array of models that suit anyone's taste and need this season. All of the models' have been designed in the meticulous and original styling that translates the best of the latest trends into an ever-contemporary look for millions of Ray-Ban wearers around the world.

The Sun Collection 2006 stands out in particular for its fashion-inspired models, such as the new masks for the AVIATOR family's RB 4081 and RB 4082.

"This fall Ray-Ban models offer sleek styling and intense shades for its fans. With a history going back to 1937, it is truly one of the remarkable names in fashion accessories. Ray-Ban Sun Update 2006

This array features eight, swanky new models, four in plastic and four in metal, all identified by the Ray-Ban signature engraved or silkscreen-printed on the arms and stamped on the lenses.

RB 3302 (combination with metal frame and injection-moulded arms)

This brings together metal double-bridge front and temples in injection-moulded plastic, flaunting an assertive, wrap-around design and chunky arms. The distinctive curve of the metal front and the engraved Ray-Ban signature on a metal plaque near the hinge displays the brand's eye of detail. Its seven colour options are dominated by subdued, masculine tone. RB 3302 is also available in a version with polarized lenses.

RB 4082 (injection-moulded)

Super good looks spell success in this model's Aviator-style mask front made entirely from injection-moulded plastic. Soft contours and oversize shapes highlight the retro look, with slim, linear arms decorated with a silkscreen-printed logo. Offered in six colour options and dominated by classic tones like 601/71, with black frame and green lenses.

RB 4081 (injection-moulded)

Broad shapes and soft lines converge in this contemporary model made from injection-moulded plastic. The metal logo is set on the inner surface of the arms. Offered in six colour options, its RB 4082 is particularly elegant in option 610/8G with its black acetate frame and matching smoke-tinted lenses.

RB 4084 (injection-moulded)

A distinctive retro design, glass lenses and broad, square styling lends this double-bridged model a self-assured look. While its regular arms feature a metal logo set on the inner surface of the arm. Intense, dark shades stand out among the seven colour options. RB 4082 is also available with polarized glass lenses that ensure complete protection and maximum visibility even in the most extreme light conditions.
