Al Yousuf Motors awarded prestigious GM aftersales service award

Al Yousuf Motors' service division has won the coveted General Motors 'Fix-It-Right-First-Time' (FIRFT) Award - one of only three given to GM's network of over 23 dealers in the Middle East.

The FIRFT award, the only one presented in the UAE, is considered to be the ultimate accolade for GM auto service competence.

It recognises the high standards of excellence achieved by the Al Yousuf Motors' service division and offers customers the reassurance that their vehicles are being serviced to the highest standards of care and technical expertise.

Sanjeev Garg, Regional service and after-sales manager with General Motors Middle East, said, "Congratulations to Al Yousuf Motors' Service Division on winning this prestigious award. The dealer is not only one of the best in the GM UAE network but in the region too.

"The company has many years of GM experience and uses the latest technology to ensure that customers receive the highest standards and that problems are fixed the first time the customer reports them - a crucial service measurement among our valued GM customers.'

Al Yousuf's chief operating officer, Suhail Zain-Eldeen, said, "Al Yousuf Motors has some of the most loyal customers anywhere in the region, because they know that we will always look after them and take care of their needs quickly and fairly. The FIRFT award is very important to us because it confirms that we are doing all the right things, and that we are doing them better than many other dealers.'

Al Yousuf Motors' executives have been recognised by GM for previous excellence in service delivery. However, this latest award is an added cachet, reflecting the in-house training, GM training and overall GM product knowledge the dealership possesses.

"We've got more than 70 highly-trained technicians, and each one undertakes regular GM training to maintain their world-class skill set. We adhere to quality processes that ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction; and that's what this GM Award recognises - service excellence," added B.
