Saudi wildlife protection push

Saudi Arabia will set up 60 protected areas, including two marine reserves, to help conserve and develop wildlife, Arab News reported. The kingdom has 16 protected areas that cover only 4% of land mass, and our target is to reach 10%, according to National Commission for Wildlife Conservation and Development secretary-general Prince Bandar ibn Saud.
