RTA introduces emergency office for strategic partners

The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) announced the establishment of an Emergency Office in their main office to be responsible of all communication and emergency calls from strategic partners and employees of the authority.

Abdulla Al Madani, CEO of Corporate Support Services said that this office will deal with all incoming calls from strategic partners and RTA's employees and coordinate directly with the concerned authorities for quick response to emergency cases.

Noting that this office is a connection point with our strategic partners' around-the-clock aims to ensure accurate information details to raise and present best services for customers according to high global quality standards that to lead to the customers' satisfaction on the RTA services.

He added that this office will operate as a first stage from 7:00am to 8:30pm and during Thursdays they will open from 9:00am to 4:00pm, while during Fridays they will open from 1:30pm to 8:30pm.

Al Madani said: "In the nearest future, the office would be operated around-the-clock and all days."
