This program, launched on July 23rd 2006, offers orphans across Jordan an opportunity to benefit from an extensive training program. The training program which will be implemented over a period of four weeks grants its participants winning marketing and sales skills. These skills will in turn help them excel in the corporate world.

The program stems directly from XPress's strong sense of social responsibility. The initiative is an independent one organized exclusively by XPress Telecom. Four male and female orphans are selected every week to be trained at XPress's showrooms in Mecca Street and Wihdat over a period of four weeks.

Being offered the opportunity to learn the skills of the trade by XPress's Showrooms employees, these young citizens are surly to benefit from the experiences. The program is specifically designed for them, and is created with the sole aim of making them stand out in the corporate world which is filled with competition and change.

When asked to comment on the program, Mr. Suleiman Maani, XPress's Chief Executive Officer said, "We at XPress Telecom constantly interact with our community. This is why we always initiate programs that target all the social sectors of Jordan and without exceptions. We decided this time to create a program that specifically targets orphans, since we believe that they have a lot of potential that is often neglected or ignored.

'Orphans often lack the guidance otherwise offered by immediate family members, and this is why in many cases their talents remain hidden under emotional distress and harsh financial conditions. By providing these fellow citizens with the professional skills they need to excel in the corporate world, we at XPress Telecom feel that we are already playing a pivotal role in the development of Jordan. We are proud to be a part of this vibrant community, and we want to do all what we can to make all its citizens stand out"

Throughout the duration of the program, a total of 16 male and female orphans will be trained. These orphans are selected from different orphanages located across the kingdom. At the end of the training program, they will be awarded and will receive certificates of recognition indicating the skills that they acquired throughout the training period.
