ADC, APM JV for Aqaba terminal

Aqaba Development Corporation has signed a joint venture agreement with APM Terminals, a global terminal owner and operator based in The Hague, to manage and expand its Aqaba Container Terminal over 25 years. The aim is to lift ACT's capacity to 2.4m TEU. The terminal handled around 392,000 TEU from 463 vessels in 2005.
