Cicsco, $750m Iraq refinery bid

Cicsco, a US-based engineering and construction firm, is confident it will win a $750m contract to build a 70,000 bpd oil refinery in the Kurdish region of Iraq, according to the company's president James Prall. The Koia Refinery will be located about 60 miles from Kirkuk, the centre of Iraq's northern oil fields.
