V-KOOL sponsors Motor Show 2006 in Oman

"The annual Motor Show is an ideal opportunity for us to draw the attention of vehicle owners to the important benefits offered by our product," said Alaa Jarrar, general manager of V-KOOL Oman.

He explained that, when installed on the windshield and windows of vehicles, V-KOOL provides comfort and protection to motorists by blocking 94% of infrared radiation and up to 99% of harmful ultraviolet radiation. Infrared radiation is responsible for raising the temperature inside a car, while overexposure to ultraviolet radiation can cause a variety of health problems including skin tanning and even skin cancer.

Jarrar stressed that V-KOOL's patented technology enables it to effectively screen both infrared and ultraviolet radiation while still allowing natural light to pass through. Being a clear heat control firm, it doesn't in any way affect the view of drivers, and it even gives additional protection against broken glasses in the event of an accident.

He revealed that V-KOOL has been approved to be fitted on vehicles as it conforms to ROP regulations on 30% tinting. According to Jarrar, car owners will be able to see for themselves the big difference that V-KOOL can make when they visit the company's stand at Motor Show 2006.

"This is the third straight time that V-KOOL Oman is sponsoring the Motor Show, and their strong support is consistent with our objective of showcasing the latest developments in the country's vibrant auto industry," said C.J. Paul, general manager of Omanexpo LLC, the leading event management company in the sultanate.

Paul pointed out that, since the inaugural edition of the event in 1990, the Motor Show has always given prominence to the latest car models from the world's major auto manufacturers. It also showcases the most modern auto parts and accessories currently available in the local market as well as the diverse services offered to car owners.
