Mr Sharland will primarily concentrate on the company's expansion into commercial property sales and leasing. He has been working for the company for 12 months and prior to joining he ran his own successful real estate agency in Spain.
On the appointment Pauline Leale, Managing Partner said, "We see a great amount of opportunity in the commercial sector of the Dubai property market. Paul's knowledge and enthusiasm are a great asset to the company."
