Nationals trained for HR jobs

UAE nationals will be trained to take over HR managerial posts at private firms under a programme being sponsored by Tanmia and the Abu Dhabi Council for Emiratisation, reported Gulf News. Companies with more than 100 employees must reserve HR managerial posts for UAE nationals, according to a decision issued by the Ministry of Labour on Wednesday.
