Al Kaheel launches the ultimate equestrian experience and leisure resort at Dubailand

Dubailand has announced the signing of an agreement with Al Kaheel Park LLC to design, develop and construct what will become the most comprehensive equine tourist attraction ever built.
The agreement for the project was signed by Salem Bin Dasmal, CEO of Dubailand and HH Sheikh Juma Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Board of Al Kaheel Park LLC at The Dubailand head office. The project will be headed up and managed by Machhour Moukaddem, Managing Partner of Al Kaheel.
Al Kaheel will be an educational theme park and working horse farm dedicated to man's relationship with the horse. Strategically located in the heart of the desert in Dubai, the homeland for the Arabian horse, the park will be the place to get "up close and personal" with horses.
Every evening, the "jewel" of the Al Kaheel, the colorful and exciting equine extravaganza ,"Fly Without Wings" will be held. This nightly show is a spectacular production of light, sound and action, featuring world class equine acts with over 45 performers and over 70 magnificent horses.
In addition to "Fly Without Wings" the Park will boast the world's first state of the art interactive and multimedia museum. Daily attractions such as virtual reality rides, stunt shows, horse presentations, hay rides, desert trekking to horse drawn carriage tours will be on offer to all visitors.
Also included in the park will be training, boarding and breeding barns for local horse owners and residents of Al Kaheel Park. With access to climate controlled indoor arenas, shows and schooling areas. The state-of-the-art Equine Spa and Therapy Center acts as a tremendous support to those visiting or living within the park. In addition to the Spa the internationally accredited school of horsemanship will provide any client the perfect equine support and residence.
Beautifully nestled among the green paddocks, sand dunes and horse trails will be a full service luxury resort for horse lovers designed for short and extended stays. There will be several world class restaurants for fine dining as well as various other shops and services. Also, there will be a club and spa facilities catering to the visitors and local residents alike.
Al Kaheel will offer the rare opportunity in Dubai, to own a home in an open and natural surrounding. Each of the 400 unique and individually designed homes are available, each set in its unspoiled and natural terrain.
Al Kaheel will be a total equine experience that tourists and residents will appreciate and will add to the variety that UAE has to offer this insuring that Dubai becomes a "destination of choice" for the international horse enthusiast as well as the well traveled tourist.
