Palm monorail on track

The foundations for the path of the Palm Jumeirah's $245m monorail should be completed this month, according to developers Nakheel. The 5.4 km long track will run from the Gateway Station at the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah to the Atlantis Station on the Crescent, calling at two intermediate stations, Trump Tower and Village Centre. The monorail will initially transport around 2,400 passengers an hour.
