As per the deal entered into with the contractor Arabtec - Besix JV, Alumco will supply 35,000 square meters of unitized curtain wall, 35,000 square meters of composite panel, and 5,500 m of aluminium handrails for the Burj Dubai Lake Hotel.
Located at Burj Dubai development, The Burj Dubai Lake Hotel and is a 63-storey elegant curvilinear tower that will offer a signature designed 5 star hotel and serviced apartments.
Alumco's work on the project will commence in October 2006 is expected to be completed by January 2008.This project will be clad with unitized aluminum panels 1.2 m wide by 3.4 m high.
The company's high quality unitized system has also been used in other impressive projects like the Citadel Tower at Business Bay, Sky Gardens Tower at DIFC, Liwa Height and Fortune Tower at Jumeirah Lake Towers and Emirates Crown at Dubai Marina.
