The program was designed and created by Nabil Samuel, Area Training Manager, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Middle East.
" This program will enable all the new Training Managers and Coordinators to get acquainted with the company standard and quality requirements and it will provide them with the right training tools to do the job such as training programs, policies and procedures, presentations, monthly and yearly training plans" said Nabil Samuel.
