This additional service now offers customers the opportunity to pay cash at any Emirates Post outlet if they have already made their flight booking through the Air Arabia Call Centre. Customers need to just present their reservation number at any of Emirates Post's 80 outlets and complete payment within 48 hours of making the reservation. Emirates Post will collect the required airfare along with an AED10 handling fee per transaction. The amount will be directly transferred to Air Arabia to confirm the flight details and the customers will receive an immediate itinerary and payment confirmation.
In his comments on the new, enhanced partnership with Emirates Post, Mr. Adel Ali, CEO of Air Arabia, said:
"We have taken our affiliation with Emirates Post to the next level. This initiative will provide unprecedented access to many of our customers who prefer to pay in cash. With Emirates Post's outlets spread across the length and breadth of the country, it will offer unmatched accessibility, making it even easier to travel with Air Arabia."
He added: "The latest move is part of our constant efforts to bring added ease and simplicity to our customers. Emirates Post has always been an extended arm of our business with their network and value-added services and we are confident that through this endeavour, our customers will continue to see even greater benefit."
Voicing his satisfaction at the strengthening of the partnership, Mr. Abdulla Al Daboos, Director General of Emirates Post, said: "We are pleased to enhance our tie-up with Air Arabia and this arrangement once again reflects our commitment to serving people. This added incentive is yet another important step in the evolution of Emirates Post as a one-stop-centre for community services."
