Dubai land deals total $13.2m

Land transactions in Dubai yesterday totalled $13.2m, with sales accounting for more than $7.3m of this, according to the Land Department. Ten sales were recorded yesterday, with the most valuable being a plot in Al Bada, which was sold for $1.4m. The largest, in terms of size, was an existing building in Emirates Hills-1, comprising 14,008 sqft.
