Memac Ogilvy & Mather Bahrain signs lease with Almoayyed Tower

In light of its ongoing development and growth, Memac Ogilvy & Mather Bahrain offices will be re-allocating to the new and prestigious Almoayyed Tower in the Seef District of the Kingdom, announced the agency's Managing Director, Mr. David Crisp.

At a lease signing ceremony at the Almoayyed Tower offices, Mr. Crisp sealed an agreement allocating over 10,500 square feet of office space to house the ever-growing Bahrain team.

"This move is a testament not only to our ongoing development and growth but to our dedication to providing our clients with a consolidated communications solution. We as, a team, are very excited about the new move which in essence marks an evolutionary move for us in Bahrain with exciting and new possibilities," said Mr. Crisp.

"Meanwhile, we have made sure to provide our team with an efficient office space, located on the 35th floor of the Almoayyed Tower complete with a sea view set to inspire!," he added.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Almoayyed Tower in Seef, Bahrain, is a new business and retail complex located to the west of Manama. It is Bahrain's tallest building to date.

"We are very pleased that one of Bahrain's most established and prestigious establishments thought of us for their new offices. Memac Ogilvy is one of the regions leading communications agencies; we consider this a great show of confidence in Almoayyed Tower. We aim to create a state-of-the-art business environment for this leading firm." said Mr. Andy Hinson, Partner with Cluttons, sole letting and managing agents for Almoayyed Tower.

Mr. Crisp concluded "This is a strategic move for us; we are quite adamant about providing our clients with an efficient service and we are pleased that this move brings us geographically closer to them."

In 1984, Memac commenced its operations in the Kingdom at offices located at the Bab Al Manama.

"This location has housed many a creative minds for the past 21 years; it is with sweet sorrow that we bid our old offices farewell," he added.
