City Air still on the ground

City Air, a $21.8m budget airline set to operate in the Indian aviation market and owned by a Dubai based Indian businessman, has had its launch delayed. The airline's owner, Aniyan Kutty, said that he is planning to get the company registered shortly and may begin flying by the end of the year. City Air will commence with two A320s and two ATRs.
