Dubai Properties has generated sales of around $5.4bn from the first phase of its Business Bay project, reported Gulf News. CEO Hashim Al Dabal said that 32 companies have now commenced construction work at BB, while 222 units of land have been sold. No date has yet been fixed for the start of the project's second phase.
