Database of errors for Saudi

The Saudi Arabian Health Ministry is to set up a database of errors made at medical centres around the kingdom, reported Arab News. The move is part of its efforts to reduce the number of mistakes being made by medics in public and private hospitals. The record will show what the most common mistakes are, what dangers they pose and what action was taken against those making the errors.
