RTA appoints and promotes nationals and experience abilities in leading positions

Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) issued several administrative orders to promote and appoint nationals with experience in leading positions across various departments in RTA.
The new orders include the promotion of Nabil Mohammed Saleh, as Director of Roads Department in the Traffic and Roads Agency. He has a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from UAE University and gained seven years of experience in services coordination and executing and planning roads.
Ahmed Hasim Bahrozyan has been appointed as Director of IT Department. He has a Bachelor degree in IT and gained more than 14 years of experience and also won the distinguished employee in Technique field from Dubai Government Excellent Program (DGEP) for the year 2005.
Al Tayer also issued an order to appoint Engineer Kamal Adeer as Director for Rail System in the Rail Agency. He has a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Multi-Techniques University in Algeria and a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from Queens University in Canada. Further he has a Doctorate Degree in Electrical Engineering from UNB University in Canada. He gained more than 15 years of experience and was X-Member in the Canadian Research Team to improve and develop of electrical systems and controlling of Metro and rails. He also has experience in managing, designing, checking and operating various rails systems and he is a Member in Canadian Engineers Association.
The order also appointed Engineer Sameer Hamdi Kalbonah, as a Director of Corporate Development in the Strategic and Corporate Performance Department. He has a Bachelor degree in Mechanic Engineering and gained more than 16 years of experience and is a Member of Jordanian Engineers Association.
