Dalylami wins Real Suites deal

Bahrain-based RealCapita has awarded a $7m contract to Daylami Consulting Engineers to build two 12-storey residential towers in Umm Al Hassam, according to Gulf Daily News. Called Real Suites, the development will have 68 fully furnished apartments, including eight studios, 36 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom, and four three-bedroom apartments. Construction is due to be completed by Q2 2008.
