Gulf airlines in training drive

Gulf-based airlines have been getting an enthusiastic response to training schemes designed to increase national employee numbers. Forty five Bahraini students have been selected by Gulf Air for its summer work experience training programme. While close to 1100 young UAE nationals have applied to be admitted to Emirates' cadet pilot and engineering training courses.
