He joined Jebel Ali International Hotels in 1993 as Cost Control Assistant and rose to be in charge of the overall supervision of Corporate Purchasing. Most recently, he was the Director of Purchasing at Bin Otaiba Investment Group, where he was responsible for the purchasing activities of three hotels.

Sudhir is an Indian national and is holding a Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma in Computer Application and Diploma in Material Management.
He will be assisted by Zakaryia Parakandy, who has been promoted to Purchasing Officer. Zakaryia has been with the hotel for over two years.
