Dubai Municipality organises closing ceremony

Dubai Municipality on Wednesday organized the closing ceremony of the Summer Training Programme 2006 at the City Hall of the Municipality.

The best students among the 120 summer trainees, who have been undergoing training in various sections and departments of the Municipality, were presented with certificates and prizes.
Mohammed Abdul Kareem Julfar, Assistant Director General of Dubai Municipality for Finance and Properties Affairs along with Qamar Redha Fadhil, Acting Director of Personnel Department distributed the certificates and prizes to the students.

Julfar urged the students to utilize the experience they have gained during the summer training to choose the best career in future. Noufa Hussain Abdullah delivered the speech on behalf of the students.

Abdullah AbdulRahman, Director of Finance Department and Ahmed Ibrahim Al Zarouni, Acting Head of Human Resources Development Section were also present on the occasion.

During the last one and half month period the summer trainee students have attended many important seminars that dealt with some of the burning issues both in the career and the real life fields.

The summer trainees included students from third preparatory classes to university level. The students, who were distributed among the different departments of the municipality according to their choice, expertise and previous experience, were treated as ordinary staff of the municipality with regard to punctuality and discipline in the work.
