DSS call centre busy round the clock

That is where Ahlan Dubai, a call centre service steps in to provide Dubai residents and visitors all that they need to know about DSS.

By calling +971 600545555 number, visitors can receive information on DSS activities including events, competitions, shows, draws and promotions, as well as general information on Dubai. Much of the information has been obtained through DTCM, DNRD, Dubai Economic Department, Dubai Police and many other government departments and private firms.

The Ahlan Dubai helplines are open to receiving comments, complaints and suggestions from the public and forwarding them to the right person.

The call center is manned round-the-clock until September 1, when DSS ends. The helplines are staffed by an extensive, multi-lingual team, trained in dealing with the various nationalities who will be visiting DSS this summer.
