Dubai targeting top end

The Dubai property market is heavily slanted towards high end luxury projects with the middle income market struggling to find affordable options, reported Gulf News. Kent O'Brien, a consultant with AUAE Strata Global, said that the focus on prestigious projects could lead to further rocketing rental prices. Meanwhile, the Middle East Real Estate Society has said that around 750,000 freehold residential and commercial units are presently under construction in Dubai.
