DIA medical certificates

The Dubai International Airport Medical Centre is issuing certificates to passengers with chronic conditions who are transiting through the UK and who need to have their medication with them, reported Gulf News. New security measures prevent hand luggage being taken on board UK bound flights by passengers with connecting flights. UK authorities will allow essential medications to be taken on aircraft; the restrictions affect flights from the UK and the US.
