Empower, Allied Consultants deal

The Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation has chosen Allied Consultants to design four district cooling plants for the Tecom Investments community. Allied Consultants will support Empower in developing the blueprint of the plants that will service the entire Tecom development, including Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Dubai Knowledge Village. The four district cooling plants will deliver 120,000 tonnes of refrigeration to more than 7m sqft of office space.
