CA demonstrates regional leadership by investing in a three month training program for its partners in the Middle East

CA (NYSE: CA), one of the world's largest IT management software companies recently conducted a series of successful training sessions in Dubai and Egypt, aimed at educating its regional partners across several CA solutions.

The training which took place over a three month period was part of CA's strategy of investing in human capital by providing in-depth technical knowledge to its partners on various CA solutions in order to further enhance and elevate its services in the region. A wide gamut of courses such as identity and access management, storage management, network and systems management and change and configuration management were covered during these sessions.

Speaking on the training Ms. Noha Safy ElDin, Technical Support Manager at CITC said, 'This has been an extremely successful training session for us and we thank CA for their efforts in conducting it. The entire training session spanning almost over three months covered a wide spectrum of courses each targeted at knowledge enhancement across different CA technologies. After successfully completing the training, we as a company feel more confident to provide better services to all our customers in the region.'

Also commenting, Mohammad Atari, Sales Manager at Ideal Tech said,

'The training program has provided us with the additional expertise needed in order to support our regional customers with technical insight into CA products, which means that we are able to address all their heterogeneous business requirements.'
