Aldar, Al Raha lighting contract

Aldar Properties has awarded a contract for the lighting design at Al Raha Beach to the UK designer Speirs and Major Associates. The contract is for a strategic lighting master plan and lighting concepts for all public areas including parks, canals, pedestrian walkways and footbridges. Speirs and Major Associates won the Award of Distinction, International Illumination Design Awards, 2000 for the external lighting design of the Burj Al Arab.
