Batelco Corporate Affairs General Manager Ahmed Al Janahi said that as a result of this tariff reduction, Batelco Inet Dedicated access tariffs are among the most competitive in the GCC.
"With every change in the cost of bandwidth, Batelco ensures to pass on the benefit of a lower cost to its customers by reviewing the tariffs."
Inet Dedicated Access Service offers round-the-clock, highly reliable internet access at enormous speeds of up to 100Mbps. The dedicated connection is enabled through a point-to-point data connection using Local Leased or LAN Connect or state-of-the art MPLS technologies, allowing companies to connect their whole network to the Internet. The service includes a virtual domain and 8 IP (Internet Protocol) addresses for the customer's local area network, facilitating an on-line presence to conduct business through the Internet.
"The service is very reliable and the reductions give customers greater value for their money," said Mr. Al Janahi.
With the newly reduced prices, customers can double their existing bandwidth to the Internet for a minimal or no increment in their current monthly rental.
"Moreover, customers can benefit from further discounts when they sign-up for fixed-term contracts." Mr. Al Janahi added.
